Agreement to these terms

Accessing or using any part of DAREL, OOO digital financial-service platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the service.

Who may use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide and for all activity carried out through your credentials.

What the service provides

DAREL, OOO gives users digital access to onboarding workflows, identity verification, product selection, repayment management, and support communication. The platform does not itself constitute a lender; final credit terms arise from the individual agreement concluded after approval.

Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information at any point in the service flow.
• Attempting to bypass authentication, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with platform infrastructure.
• Using the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or reproducing platform content without written permission.

Displayed figures and disclosures

Rate ranges, loan amounts, APR values, and illustrative examples shown on the platform are informational only. They do not constitute an offer or guarantee. Binding terms take effect only after approval and execution of the relevant individual agreement.

Personal data

Your data is processed in accordance with the current Privacy Policy of DAREL, OOO. By using the service you acknowledge those practices.

Third-party integrations

The service may connect to payment processors, verification providers, or infrastructure partners. DAREL, OOO is not liable for the policies or actions of independent third-party platforms not under its direct control.

Intellectual property

All platform content, code, visual elements, and materials are owned by or licensed to DAREL, OOO. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access the platform solely for its intended lawful purposes. No other use is permitted without prior written consent.

Account suspension

DAREL, OOO may restrict or terminate platform access without prior notice where there is evidence of Terms violation, fraud, security risk, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

Limitation of liability

• The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Continuous, uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
• DAREL, OOO accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law and amendments

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to DAREL, OOO. We may update them at any time; the current published version takes effect immediately upon posting.
