Identity and contact
- Full name, residential or mailing address.
- Email address and phone number, including hashed variants used in security workflows.
- Government-issued document data submitted for identity verification.
Financial
- Bank account details, payment identifiers, and transaction records.
- Credit application data, income details, and repayment history.
Biometric — face data
- Selfie and document images submitted during the verification step.
- A match result confirming whether the submitted image corresponds to the application identity.
Face data is collected only within the identity verification workflow. It is not gathered from background app activity or unrelated device functions.

- To verify your identity and authorize access to service functions.
- To process loan applications, disbursements, repayments, and related communications.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and unauthorized platform access.
- To comply with financial regulation, tax law, and consumer-protection obligations.

Who may receive your data
We do not sell personal data. Disclosure is limited to:
- Contracted service providers covering payment processing, cloud hosting, identity verification, and security monitoring, operating under strict data-handling agreements.
- Regulatory bodies, law enforcement, or courts where disclosure is required by binding legal obligation.
- Successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
Face data is excluded from any advertising or third-party analytics use.

How long we keep data
- Account and transaction records — retained while necessary for service delivery and legal recordkeeping duties.
- Financial and compliance records — kept for the periods mandated by applicable regulation.
- Face data — deleted within 30 days of collection unless a longer retention period is legally required.

- Access restricted to personnel with a demonstrated need.
